Why register?

You must register to sell your items simply for the ease of listing your items, tracking and keeping data bases accurate and keeping accurate "grades" per transaction.

In order to help insure a trusted and safe trading environment at LightbarsEtc.com, a

"grading" system has been constructed to allow both buyer and seller to "grade" the transaction. Only registered users will be allowed to "grade" the performance of a seller or buyer, or leave comments regarding the transaction. A non registered buyer can not be graded.

Comments will not be posted if a user has a registration date that is after the date of sale or transaction. It is recommended that seller contacts lightbarsetc as soon as an item is sold for this reason as well as keeping categories clear of items not available.

It is up to the registered users of this page to settle the transaction(s) made between buyer and seller. LightbarsEtc.com will not mediate any disputes regarding the transaction, price, or the shipping arrangements made between buyer and seller. We will help out where we can if there is a communication gap between buyer and seller, however it is ultimately up to the two parties involved to remedy any disputes. The seller and buyer agrees to hold LBE harmless and further agrees to indemnify LBE if legal action is taken between buyer and seller.
